I've had good luck 'restoring' old latex with Floetrol.

I'd have to take a look of course, but anything out in the garage is probably too far gone to worry about. I used to have some Floetrol but even it was old. New Floetrol would likely cost more than a bucket of paint from the Restore any way.

Don't know what it costs today, but I still have some from '77 when I first sprayed the house stored out in the shed, so opened it up and after a bit of vigorous shaking seems to still be OK, if a bit odd smelling.

I'll look to see if I still have the Floetrol......... I think I got rid of it, Though.
